Hi Luc. Recently, I added a keyword to my GMB Name. It is there in my front signage. THat photo is uploaded onto my profile as well. However in last couple of days, my listing has taken a major rank hit. It was in first2-3 ranks for most time of the year, which is now in bottom low. Is it because I have too much reviews ( I have 200 as compared to my competitors, who have in range of 20-50. I gathered reviews consistently over last one year, not as a paid spam review campaign). Is it because I changed the name?
You won’t be able to undo the reviews but you can revert back to the original name. I doubt very much that will change anything. Also changing the name too often may bring your listing under Google’s radar

Absolutely not! There is no such thing as having too many reviews (as long as they are legitimate) and adding keyword in your name will not make your listing rank lower (unless you have changed the entire name) There is definitely another reason for it
