If you used Google AdWords before they updated the interface, you know they had a Google Display Planner tool. The Display Planner tool allowed you to enter a keyword and find contextual display & video keywords, relevant interest audiences, websites, placements, and more. You could find where exactly to run your advertisements while you built a large list of Placements and other targeting for your campaign. However, Google Ads removed the Google Display Planner and moved all targeting to campaign creation when you create a Display Advertising campaign.
