Why would it dilute your profile? Google is constantly adding services to your profile without even you knowing so I doubt very much they would intentionally “dilute” your profile

I thought that the more categories, the more the profile is competing with other companies in other categories. So does this mean that I can add as much as possible (that still makes sense to the profile), without fear of it disrupting the profile?
Absolutely! Your primary category is the main one. If you feel you can add 9 other secondary categories based on what you offer, go for it
