When it comes to Google Ads Geotargeting and Location Targeting, there's no shortage of options. You can target Countries, States, Counties, Nielsen, DMA Regions, Cities, Radius Targeting, Congressional Districts, Zip Codes, Airports, Universities, and Neighborhoods. You can target or exclude people and you can also target by presence or interest.

Location targeting is based on a variety of signals, including users' settings, devices, and behavior on our platform, and is Google’s best effort to serve ads to users who meet your location settings. Because these signals vary, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed in every situation.

One major thing missing here that I see a lot of Pros miss is layered, bid-adjusted radius targeting. You add radius targeting multiple times to the campaign with different bid adjustments. It allows you to capture the full area while bidding highest for the closest prospects.
