How do you make sure our GMB shows up in the carousel by adding it?
Your GMB, or GBP as it is now called won’t appear in the carousel.
What you need to do is identify the websites that show up in the carousel for a specific keyword you want to rank for. Once you’ve done that, make sure your business details are listed on them so when searchers visit those websites, it increases your chances of being found by potential customers.

If we service to Jacksonville FL, is putting Jacksonville as our service area ok? Or will it get suspended because the radius is too wide?
Just add the area in which you operate. If it’s Jacksonville FL just add it.
