What I find confusing about their pricing is all the addons listed in the packages. If they are not part of the package, why include them? They should be listed below the package as addons so I know what I am paying for.

It will very much depend on the scenario. A location page would be a solution that springs to mind

Looks like the report is not set up properly. Tried reaching out to the report team, they will help you out. They are very reactive
You need to wait for a few seconds before it triggers the report
